Customer Service Center

With competence, experience and know-how side by side with the customer

Murrelektronik offers strong products. They help to realize interesting solutions, both in technical and economical respects. Of course, this will involve questions. Murrelektronik’s Customer Service Center knows the right answers. It is the contact for all technical questions about the products from Murrelektronik.

The Customer Service Center offers support to customers during all phases of the project. When planning and designing customer applications, during development, installation and start-up. With competent advise or – for more complicated problems – with on-site support.

The CSC provides support tools. It carries out measurements for fieldbus systems such as Profibus DP, Devicenet, CanOpen, and AS Interface, energy measurements, thermographic and thermal measurements as well as EMC measurements.

Our Customer Service Center staff have competence, know-how and a lot of experience. The are familiar with the interaction of products from different manufacturers, from hard- and software.
